Kiwi born But world travelled since 18 years old, Stephanie first arrived in Paracas at the age of 24. Relaxing by the beach a local made a comment about the lack of a good restaurant in the area and a spark was ignited!

She’d worked in restaurants around the world but really didn’t know how to run one let alone open one, but there was no stopping her. Through trial and error, listening to the customers’ wants and needs, and positive vibes she is now the owner of the most unique restaurant in the zone. However, this feat was not made all on her own.

With 10 years of true devotion – “El Che” has been a key ingredient to making Waiki Pizza Bar the restaurant that it is today. Not only he is the artist behind the delicious pizzas he is also the “father” of an Amazing team. Keeping everyone in line and making sure they keep it real, without him Waiki’s just wouldn’t be possible!

The unstoppable couple – Cata and Mati, a young energétic couple that keeps everything in order! They’re the faces you see day to day. Matti with a passion for the kitchen makes sure everything comes out delicious and with the special Waiki taste and Cata with the patience of an angel really keeps the ball turning, and the customers happy!
